Brett is the President and CEO of the International Association of Innovation Professionals (IAOIP). The IAOIP is an international not-for-profit, NGO that develops and maintains the Innovation Body of Knowledge (IBOK), certifications for innovation professionals, a body of innovation education and accreditation of training organizations in the body of knowledge.
Consultant
Brett and his team work with executives and organizations attempting to develop and integrate innovation into their culture. His team also assists with training and other organizational needs around innovation. He has coached government and business leaders around the world in topics ranging from management style to policy adoption.
Speaker / Writer / Professor
Brett and his team are the authors of dozens of books on process improvement and innovation. He is a highly regarded speaker on innovation and has presented over 500 speeches through the course of his career on topics generally aimed at the future and innovations role in moving to the future.
Brett is also a professor with appointments at several universities in the US and around the world.
